Get ready for an awesome adventure! First, you’ll hop into a comfy ride that will take you from your hotel in Hurghada to Marsa Alam. It’s a fun 3-hour drive to a place called Abu Dabbab, where the real excitement begins!
Once you arrive, you’ll head straight to the water for some amazing underwater fun. Did you know there are seven dugongs living in the Red Sea? You might even spot two of them named Dennis and Dougal! Plus, keep your eyes peeled for beautiful sea turtles that like to lay their eggs in the shallow waters nearby.
Imagine seeing a guitar shark glide past you in the water—they’re super chill and won’t bother you at all. While you’re exploring, you’ll be amazed by the bright and beautiful coral reefs all around. If snorkeling or diving isn’t your thing, no problem! You can still have a blast relaxing on the clean and organized beach at Abu Dabbab. Once your awesome day of sunshine and adventure wraps up, you’ll hop on a ride back to your hotel in Hurghada to relax and get ready for more fun tomorrow.

A. You don’t have to know how to snorkel before coming on the Abu Dabbab trip. It’s perfect for everyone, even if you’ve never tried it before! Friendly instructors will be there to help you out and show you what to do, so you’ll be safe and have fun in the water.
Q. What should I bring on the snorkeling trip?
A. For your snorkeling adventure, make sure to pack a towel, some sunscreen, and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. We’ll give you a mask and fins to use, but if you have your own gear that you like better, feel free to bring it along!
Q. Is Abu Dabbab trip suitable for children?
A. Kids can totally join the Abu Dabbab trip! It’s a fun adventure for families, but make sure a grown-up is always with them to keep everyone safe.
Q. What happens if the weather conditions are unsuitable for snorkeling?
A. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the company will typically reschedule the trip or offer a refund. Please always check our cancellation policy when booking your trip.

The beach was super soft and comfy! We went there with a guide from our hotel. It looked really cool, and the sand made it easy to walk into the water. We even saw turtles swimming around! There are two reefs in the bay where you can snorkel for a long time. There were plenty of sunbeds to chill on, and it was really peaceful. There wasn’t any loud music, and the guide was pretty chill and didn’t bother us.

Abu Dabbab Beach is a great place to visit, offering sunbeds, showers, bathrooms, and a clean, picturesque environment. There are shops selling various items and a bar, with the option to ride camels or donkeys. The sea is ideal for spotting turtles, with multiple sightings common in shallow waters, perfect for diving. The coral reef is rich with sea life, including stingrays, lionfish, trigger fish, and moray eels. In May, non-stinging moon jellyfish make swimming an extraordinary experience.

Visiting Marsa Alam’s Abu Dabbab Beach was like stepping into a dream. The beach was beautiful with its soft sand and clear blue water, but the real adventure began when I went underwater.
