WHAT EXPECT
Prepare yourself for a super cool journey! Bright and early before sunrise, our representative will come to get you from your hotel or cruise ship in Luxor. You’ll hop into a nice, comfy car with air conditioning and head over to Luxor Marina. After that, you’ll make your way to the spot where the hot air balloons take off on the west side of the Nile River.
Once you arrive, you’ll get a quick safety talk to make sure everyone knows what to do. After that, it’s time to climb into the big, colorful balloon basket with your pilot and some other excited passengers. Hold on tight because soon you’ll be floating up into the sky for about 30 minutes (if the weather is nice)!
As you rise higher, you’ll get to see some amazing sights from way up high. The sun will light up the ancient temples and monuments below, like Karnak and Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple. It’s like being a bird! If the wind is just right, you might even drift over the Ramesseum, the cool temple built for Pharaoh Ramses II, where you can see its giant statues and courtyards.
Don’t worry about landing; a van and crew will be following your balloon to make sure everything goes smoothly. When you touch down safely, you’ll get a special certificate to remember your flight. After that, you’ll head back to Luxor, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or ship, just in time for breakfast and your next adventure!

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your experience for a full refund.
- To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your experience begins.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your experience starts, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience start time will not be accepted.
- The time limit is calculated according to the local time of the experiment.
