Electronic Payment Policy
When you pay with a credit card, PayPal handles it for PharaohsTour. You need to pay right away.
If you don’t pay, your payment method doesn’t work, or you ask for your money back, you lose the stuff you bought.
If you try to get a refund after your trip, PharaohsTour can argue against it.
Trip Confirmation Checklist: What to Do Before You Go
To make sure everything goes smoothly and you don’t miss out on your trip, it’s a good idea to reach out to us a day or two before you leave. That way, we can give you the names and phone numbers of your driver and tour guide. This helps you know exactly who to look for and keeps things hassle-free!
Understanding Travel Permits
If you’re signing up for tours in Egypt that come with rides between places, we’ll need a few things from you when you get here: a picture of your passport, the name of your hotel, and your room number. You can send these to us by email or WhatsApp. We need this info to get your travel permits ready. If we don’t have it, we can’t set up your trip, so don’t forget!
Responsibility
We help arrange your travel plans, like booking trains, boats, planes, or other ways to get around, but we’re not responsible if something goes wrong. If you get hurt, sick, lose something, or your stuff gets damaged because of things like bad weather, natural disasters, government rules, wars, protests, strikes, theft, broken vehicles, quarantines, or if hotels, restaurants, or transportation change or cancel plans, we can’t be held responsible. Also, if you have to pay extra because of any of these problems, that’s not on us.
Special Requests
If you have any special wishes for your trip, make sure to tell us when you book. We’ll do our best to make it happen, but we can’t promise everything—like picking your seat ahead of time. Even if we say we’ve told our partners about your request or mention it on your booking papers, that doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed. If we know for sure that we can’t do what you asked, we’ll let you know right away.
Optional Tours
Things like hot-air balloon rides, going inside the pyramids, or visiting King Tut’s tomb aren’t part of the regular trip unless we say so and you add them when you book. If you want to do any of these extra activities, you’ll need to pay for those tickets yourself.
Cancellation Policy
1- Daily Trips, over day trips or overnight trips by Cars:
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your experience for a full refund.
- To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your experience begins.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your experience starts, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience start time will not be accepted.
- The time limit is calculated according to the local time of the experiment.
2- Egypt Tour And Vacation Packages
Fair Cancellation Fees (Excluding Peak Periods)
In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:
- From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
- 35% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival.
- 50% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival.
- 100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.
Additionally, airlines charge their fees which are subject to the airlines’ terms and conditions, and there’s also a 5% bank fee on refunds.The cancellation policy may vary significantly for groups or unique itinerary.
Fair Cancellation Fees for Christmas, New Year, and Easter Vacation
In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:
- From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
- 50% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival.
- 75% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival.
- 100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.
Children Policy
1St Policy – For Packages + Nile Cruises + Hotels
- 0 – 1 year-old Free of Charge
- 2 – 5 year 25% of total tour cost
- 6 – 11.99 year 50% of total tour cost
- +11.99 year are considered adults
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
2nd Policy – For sightseeing tours & shore excursions
- 0 – 5 year free of charge
- 6 – 11.99 year 50 % of the total tour cost
- +11.99 year are considered adults

Trips by Domestic Flight
If you decide to cancel your trip before it starts, you’ll have to pay a fee for canceling your domestic flight. How much you pay depends on the airline’s own rules, and these can be different each time. After the airline takes out their cancellation fee, you’ll get back the rest of your money. Also, when you fill out the booking form, make sure you write everyone’s names exactly like they are in their passports. We use those names to buy your plane tickets, and if there’s a mistake, it could cause problems or extra charges. So double-check before you send it in!
Tour Refund
If you need your money back, we’ll usually send it right back to the same card you used to pay. But if you don’t show up and don’t let us know, you can’t get a refund.
Acceptance of Agreement
When the company says “yes” to your booking and you agree to these rules, that’s the whole deal between you and the company. So, if you pay by bank transfer or credit card, it means you understand and accept all the rules, and you promise to follow them.
